course, I'll begin with Tamarin, the place in which we live and where our guest house. Tamarin is located in the west of the island between Flic en Flac and Le Morne. This place has changed completely in recent years and is considered by many to be the VIP site. This is, in my opinion, absolute nonsense. In many foreigners live Tamarin that shape here in accordance with the site. It has been built very much in the past and build new Tamarin does not mean wildly with many abandoned construction sites. But somehow a little European, very organized, neat and nice. One could perhaps say that Tamarin by the charm of the island has been lost. But I find that the place also has gained a lot. It caused ongoing basis, currently 2 new shopping centers built and 2 are in the planning. The town has many fine restaurants, shopping facilities with 2 large supermarkets. It has just everything here what you need and we do not have to go for all the same in one of the cities. I think in a few years is a really nice Tamarin spot on this island are. Although very European, but this island is indeed multicultural, then why not also a little bit of Europe?
are not even as many hotels here. There is the Tamarin Hotel, 4 stars, and incidentally, the oldest of the island, the Bay Hotel, a small boutique hotel, and then a few smaller guest houses, Apartments and a few private houses. Tourism is still in its infancy, but think that the place is accessible for tourists aktraktiver.

to Black River runs down to a long sandy beach. Just behind the Tamarin Bay begins the reef and thus the entire beach site is protected throughout the year and since there are many private houses and the beaches are not as well known, is one often alone. Ideal for snorkeling and swimming. In La Preneuse there is a small public beach. 
Tamarin is also known by the dolphins who come year-round in the Tamarin Bay to rest. In the morning before they leave the bay VER, you can take a boat trip to the dolphin-watching. The dolphins then happily jump around in the boats, who wants to can also jump into the water. Really a great experience ...
And then Tamarin is the ideal base for exploring the whole island to explore and discover ...
